All I can say is OH MY GOD!!!!! As a New Yorker who loves to eat, I try to find the best places whenever I get to go somewhere new. During an impromptu trip to Knoxville, I asked someone for a great place to eat as I'd been eating hospital food for a few days. She recommended Saville, and I must say this is a MUST TRY!!! The place is the cutest spot to visit. You can BYOW, which I didn't during this visit but I'm hoping for a next time. The food, well.....I enjoyed Scallops picatta, and for dessert a Limoncello Mascarpone Cake that melts in your mouth. I was in HEAVEN!!! So, whenever you are in the area stop in and enjoy from what looked like an assortment of delicious dishes to try. And Liz the owner was Amazing!!!
Sometimes in life you find yourself in a small local restaurant and you get blown away. Tonight was one of those moments for me. I was invited to a dinner with friends at Savellis. I read the other reviews and was skeptical. I was going to go 4 stars at first but then we got desert. So first off, the service was phenomenal. The food was incredible and the desert was off the charts delicious. All around fantastic experience. My only issue was the parking. However, this is not the restaurants fault. They are in a growing area and land locked by businesses. I eventually found a spot street side and it was acceptable. This is an upper scale (price wise) location but the atmosphere and food is worth it. Highly recommended.
Was our first timing dining here tonight and let me tell you it will not be the last. Everything from the appetizers, to the salad, to the food entrees were AMAZING! My only regret is not having room for dessert!
First visit today! Everything was so delicious! We will definitely be back!
I stopped in on a whim at a slow time. The lady proprietors invited me in and fixed a wonderful bowl of soup. I’ve since forgotten which one but, I am certain that their entire faire is worthy of praise on the highest. The dining room is cozy and is Bring Your Own Bottle of wine. There are sheers separating the booth and tables. Very nice atmosphere. The hours are prime time and reservations are suggested. Bring her here with a bottle of your favorite and you won’t be disappointed.
Tiny and intimate setting. Food was divine. Sauces are homemade and authentic. Service was lacking, as there seemed to be only one waitress covering the whole place.
This little restaurant never disappoints! We celebrated our 31st anniversary with savory dinners and scrumptious desserts! I had the Greek salad and the chicken Alfredo; hubby had the seafood Alfredo....both fantastic! And the desserts! I had the chocolate cake/ice cream and he had the key lime pie. We waddled out of there completely satiated
